Refund policy

Because we sell perishable food items only, we do NOT accept returns. Any necessary item replacements will be handled by refund or reshipment.

We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
Refunds are not permitted without first contacting us as 516 747 0277 or info@licinibrothers.com.

We are always happy to make your order right via replacement items or store credits. In the case of FedEx-related delays or shipping problems (including breakage and spoiled food), we will advance the credit to the customer and dispute the issue with FedEx ourselves.
